A few hours ago more than 2 thousands links of 3 men brutally beating teenage were submitted into our studio links to this video has so far caught eyes of many people 

As we see in this video these 3 men started beating 2 female teenagers and some of their friends intervened in the process some of them getting hurt

According to the law these 3 men could be charged with per penal code 242 

Could they face harsh charges?
